Return/Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Gift cards


Am I eligible for a return?

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Are there any charges for return?

  • If the item is defective from our side, contact us first, then we'll pay the return shipping charges
  • If the item is not defective from our side, then you are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


How do I return?

  • You can start issuing a return by clicking here
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click "Start a Return"
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with Shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
