Items that were sold by Mech Solutions, in original packaging and same condition when you received it, with everything (extra parts, accessories etc.) included and returned within 30 days of delivery of your shipment will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange. See below for a list of exceptions and exclusions to our returns policy.

  • Final sales and Clearance
  • Used Filaments/Resins
  • Opened Parts/Accessories
  • Gift cards

Are there any charges for returns?

  • If you receive the item(s) in a defective condition, we will issue you the return free of charge. In order to determine if the product delivered is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with as much detail about the issue including any pictures or videos.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges if the item(s) are malfunctioning due to incorrect operation, malicious behavior or change of personal interest.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to avoid the return shipping fee?

  • Mech Solutions will provide you the free return label if you want to return the product you dislike within 14 days as of the date of delivery.
  • Customers need to pay the fee of returns after 14 days as of the date of delivery.

How do I return a product?

  • Contact support@mechsolutions.com for any inquiries about your order. Create a brief description about the reason for the issue and make sure to include your Order ID and Serial Number for the product you have purchased.

    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification indicating that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      Mech Solutions typically take between 2-5 business days to inspect returns and issue a refund. Please be aware that, based on the condition of your return, you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20%.
    • If your refund is approved, we will issue you the refund immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
