Return/Exchange Policy

Items that were sold by Mech Solutions, in original packaging and same condition when you received it, with everything (extra parts, accessories etc.) included and returned within 30 days of delivery of your shipment will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange. See below for a list of exceptions and exclusions to our returns policy.

Are there any charges for return?

  • If you receive the item(s) in a defective condition, we will issue you the return free of charge. In order to determine if the product delivered is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and provide us as much detail about the issue including any pictures or videos.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges if the item(s) are malfunctioning due to incorrect operation, malicious behavior or change of personal interest.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How do I return?

  • Go to after-sales page to fill out the RMA form 
  • Enter your order number to start the process
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Fill in all mandatory information and submit your return online
  • You will get a confirmation email and we will send you Shipping guidelines once your return has been approved
  • Once your return has been approved, send receipt or proof of purchase along with the item that you wish to return to speed up the process

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification indicating that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, we will issue you the refund immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
