How and when parcel shipping orders are shipped

Parcel Shipping orders are shipped directly to the shipping address you have provided, additional fees may apply if your address is a PO box.

We currently partner with Canada Post and UPS. Mech Solutions will take sole discretion in selecting carrier most suits the situation. Orders will usually be shipped within 1 business day from the time your order is placed. We have both warehouses in Ontario and Amazon Canada so multiple items may be shipped separately due to size or availability and may arrive at different times.

When will I receive my parcel

Orders shipped from Ontario warehouse will usually arrive 2-3 business days after the order has shipped for most destinations in Ontario and Quebec. Transit time may be longer to remote addresses. For destination outside of Ontario and Quebec, delivery time is subject to carrier’s delivery standard.

Order shipped from Amazon warehouse will add 2-3 business days on top of the standard delivery time for preparation of orders (picking, packing etc.)

Normally, shipment(s) are scheduled to arrive Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm local time.

Smaller shipments made by courier may be left at your door, pls track your shipment in advance to make sure someone is available to accept the parcel when it’s delivered.

We will use signature services for big shipment like 3D printers, if you are not home to accept your shipment, a shipping notification card with further pickup details will be issued.

All delivery time are estimated and subject to carrier’s delivery standard. Mech Solutions do not represent or warrant any of the delivery time for your orders.

How much is the shipping cost

Free shipping on qualifying parcel orders of $69.99 or more, some conditions apply:

  • The Free Parcel Shipping offer applies to www.mechestore.com orders only.
  • The Free Shipping offer is subject to change without notice.
  • To qualify for free shipping, your order must total $69.99 or more before any taxes, fees or shipping charges are added.
  • Free shipping will not apply if any purchase of an eligible item is cancelled, resulting in a total purchase of less than $69.99.
  • For orders less than $69.99, shipping cost will be automatically calculated by carrier’s standard pricing system.
  • Free shipping for purchases from Mech E-Store can only be applied to destinations within Canada.
  • We also ship worldwide. International order shipping cost will be automatically calculated by carrier’s overseas pricing system

How can I track my order

If you choose Parcel Shipping as your shipping method, your order will be delivered by a third-party shipping provider who will offer order tracking service. This service will allow you to monitor your package as it makes its way to its final address.

When your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation containing a tracking confirmation number.

You can check the status of your shipment in the following ways:
